Livelihood promotion is an important area of Sahbhagi Vikas work, particularly for rural women, small and marginal farmers and vulnerable households. In rural areas, limited livelihood opportunities, dependence on seasonal agriculture, and low productivity are major challenges. To address these needs, Sahbhagi Vikas is promoting backyard poultry rearing as a sustainable, income-generating activity.
