Essential Qualification
M.A. in Social Sciences or related discipline
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in development projects.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Overall management and implementation of the project.
- Planning, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring achievement of project objectives.
- Coordination with project stakeholders and support agencies.
- Supervision and capacity building of project staff.
- Ensuring quality implementation across all 20 creche centres.
