Staff Training on Social Security Schemes & Online Processes
A training programme was organised for staff to strengthen their knowledge of social security schemes, entitlements and online application processes for effective support to community members.
The initiative reflects Sahbhagi Vikas's continued efforts to strengthen community institutions and build the capacity of local people to participate effectively in development processes.
Through training, exposure visits, community meetings and awareness activities, the organisation supports communities in understanding their rights, responsibilities, government schemes and available entitlements.
Active participation of community members, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Gram Sabha representatives, women leaders and local stakeholders remains central to these efforts.
