Exposure Visit to Ara Keram, Ormanjhi
An exposure visit was organised for PRI members, Gram Sabha leaders, community leaders and staff to learn and gain motivation on village leadership, community management and effective linkages with government programmes and schemes.
The initiative reflects Sahbhagi Vikas's continued efforts to strengthen community institutions and build the capacity of local people to participate effectively in development processes.
Through training, exposure visits, community meetings and awareness activities, the organisation supports communities in understanding their rights, responsibilities, government schemes and available entitlements.
Active participation of community members, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Gram Sabha representatives, women leaders and local stakeholders remains central to these efforts.
